If you feel that gaming is becoming an addiction, you can close your account yourself for a set period. You have the option to close your account for as little as 7 days or permanently.

Core Responsible Gaming Principles

Gaming at dq99 is a form of entertainment, not a source of income. We want every player to play with enjoyment and remain mindful of their financial and mental well-being. Following the principles below is mandatory for all players.

  • Do not place more bets to try to recover money you have lost.
  • Do not play under the influence of alcohol or any other substance.
  • Take a break from gaming when you are under stress.
  • Give spending time with family and loved ones more importance than gaming.
  • Never place bets with borrowed or loaned money.
